Anne Churcher and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly, without being overbearing and allowed us plenty of time to browse the store. It is the best experience of all the bed stores we visited and it was a joy to shop there. The products were fantastic and the availability and flexibility of the range was great.

Carl the sales assistance who was busy with another customer still greeted us and when he had finished with previous customer apologised for keeping us waiting then made us a coffee. He explained fully the difference between the two beds we were looking at , ran around getting different pillows, never rushed us although it was getting close to closing time and most importantly we never felt pressured. Thank you Carl .

All products were clearly marked and the shop was not cluttered in anyway. CARL dealt with our choice of bed/pillows etc in a very friendly and professional manner. Thanks Carl.
