Dreams - Basingstoke

I was assisted by Carl who was extremely knowageble regarding my requirements. I feel I have come away with a mattress & pillow that will suit my needs and be very comfortable. He looked after me extremely well including making me a cup of coffee.

My husband does not like the typical 'Salesman Sam' approach and will often leave a store without even looking around. We walked into Dreams in Kempshott and were greeted by Carl in a relaxed and friendly manner. He was already with a customer so advised he would be with us shortly. This gave us time to look around and narrow down our options so that, when Carl was free, we were ready for some help and advice. Carl was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some expert advice - and some amusing banter along the way. By the time we left the store we had no idea if we had got the best deal possible out of Carl but we didn't care - it had been an enjoyable experience and we left with smiles on our faces - very much looking forward to our new mattress.

Very friendly staff, quick to assist and then left us alone to make a decision. Very knowledgeable about the products and took us through a mattress journey until we found the perfect mattress.

As we are not bedding experts, we were pleased to talk to Carl who answed all our questions very well.

As soon as we arrived, the assistant, Rylan approached us , discussed what we were looking for and then spent time suggesting options and helping us decide. We had Intended to visit , go home to discuss the choices and order another day but his helpful nature and our confidence in his knowledge made us decide to buy there and then

Angelika at the store was so helpful and showed us all the different options available to us. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision and the other staff were so friendly and tried to talk to my son whilst we were placing our order. The staff tried to show how the beds worked in different settings. Very helpful.
