Full advice was given on each bed and my needs where taken fully in to account.

Employee Rylan was very informative and he had good knowledge of the products. He took his time to understand our needs and as a result we ended up purchasing a new bed and mattress. He stayed passed the stores closing times to ensure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. This is great customer experience.

The store was very clean . The layout was very clear with the colour scheme for the different types of mattresses . The whole experience was very good .

I went into the store during the week and was assisted by a lady who was more than helpful and provided me lots of useful information regarding the item I wanted to purchase. When I went back to the store today I was served by Sammy and when I explained all that I spoke to the other lady about, she had exceptional knowledge about the product and also the details for delivery/ assembly and insurance etc. Although service was a bit slow ( very busy which is understandable for a Saturday!) Sammy managed to help me and took the time to assist me despite it being busy.

The staff member called Carl at the Basingstoke branch answered all my questions not once did we feel he was there just to make a sale. He gave great advice and never rushed us and took his time to help.
