Dreams - Basingstoke

We were shown several mattresses to try, and then left to as much time as required to try them out. Our assistant Carl went over the insurance options with me more than once, so that I fully understood what it included. He also explained about the mattress covers, to insure we had the correct one for our needs.

Given personal attention while we checked the various options for mattresses and given support and advice Our order was then placed and delivery is due within 10 days of our visit

We set out to buy a new bed that met our requirements. Upon entering the store there weren't too many other customers, we had the un-divided attention of your colleague Tom. Tom spent time understanding our requirement, explaining our options, leaving us to investigate options, helping again, leaving again until we were completely satisfied we had made the correct choice. Tom also entertained the children whilst we were looking at beds and mattresses.

The assistant listened to our needs and was immediately able to direct us to what we were looking for.

Dream's colleagues name was Sammy. Very helpful lady with lots of knowledge.

The sales attendant Rylan Martin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and competent.

The salesperson(Rylan) was knowledgeable,friendly and smart. He dealt with us in a very professional manner, and we were only too happy to place an order with him.

The assistant Angelika was well informed, approachable and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

from the moment we entered dreams of basingstoke we were made to feel very welcome there was music playing in the background which gave the place a really nice atmosphere. just after we arrived we were met by Rylan who helped us he was very friendly and listened to everything i needed from the bed i was looking for and being disabled and wheelchair bound the right bed is very important and Rylan answered all my questions and there were many lol with patience and compassion which was amazing and he even measured the bed to make sure it would be the right height for my electric chair at home so transferring was as easy as possible, we were also offered drinks while we were going through the process . i cant thank all the staff enough all of them were wonderful and friendly and Rylan was a star not once did i feel like i was being huried they were going at my pace so it was all correct .thankyou everyone .
