Dreams - Basingstoke

I found the service vastly improved since the last visit a year or so ago. I commented on this to the supervisor. The store had a much more lively and efficient feel to it. I will wait to see if I am satisfied with the product I have ordered but if I am not, I understand that I have 40 days in which to change the product.

Angelika your store colleague was wonderfully helpful/informed and she did not put any pressure on us whatsoever.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us a cup of tea and coffee, it was a very pleasurable buying experience and the toilets were very clean ! The choice of beds also very good, the only drawback I would say is the choice of headboards, a wider choice of colours would be great. Overall though would definitely go back to Dreams and recommend it to friends !

I was served by Angelina and was very very impressed by her knowledge and friendliness when i was buying the mattress, She explained what kind of mattress I needed and also which ones would be best for the job. During the ordering process, Angelina talked me through each step of the way as to what was included including the guarantees and offers available, and she even offered us a drink. I would definitely be returning again when my mattress needs replacing.

Rylan was brilliant. He knew his stuff about beds, mattresses and pillows. He showed all the options with the time to test how they all felt to ensure that we had the right mattress, pillows and bed for us. He was friendly, well presented and fully explained all the purchase options, discounts and finance availability. As a sales man he was not pushy, made us felt at ease and patient while we made our decision. The price was more than we thought but you only get what you pay for at the end of the day but Rylan knew our budget and came within it. His manager was also very helpful and friendly. We have never shopped for a bed or mattress this way before but after this experience with Rylan we will definitely do it this way again and definitely with Dreams. I'm sure with Rylan's level of knowledge and personal and social skills that he'll be a manager himself at some point. Overall I would give our experience with Dreams and the Basingstoke Staff 5 stars. Thank you. Richard Stroud.
