Rylan was very helpful and knew the stock. We told him what we wanted and he processed the order quickly and went through everything clearly.

Tom took the time to understand our needs and made helpful suggestions to help us choose the correct mattresses. He was very good with my mother who at 77 had a bit of difficulty moving from mattress to mattress in order to find the one that suited her needs. I would love to meet someone like Tom in all stores as it made the horrible chore of shopping a very nice and enjoyable experience. You should be proud to have Tom representing your Basingstoke branch, he was a very enthusiastic and cheeerful person. I will definatley recommend dreams to all my friends as the best place to go for there beds and mattresses.

Staff read my behavior well to understand when to speak with me and when to step away - not too pushy but gave the information needed at the time right for me.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Explained any deals they had on at the time but also left me to appraise the beds and mattresses on my own.

Rylon was helpful and gave us good information about the beds we were interested in. He was pleasant, but not pushy, as we looked at different options, and even laughed at my jokes!!

Not only did he help us with our initial enquiry, he also stayed on extra beyond closing time to complete our order when it had a few issues. Instead of saying come back tomorrow or go online, he was more than willing to go the extra mile to help us place our order whilst in store. We were delighted with his customer service.

Overall the experience was great, offered refreshments more than once and each part of the process ran very smoothly. No pushy sales and professional though out allowing us time to think and look at other options.
