Had great service while testing mattresses. Due to being pregnant , your member of staff offered alternative pillow to use while trying out the beds. He was also very knowledgeable and provided all info required about the few mattresses we'd shortlisted without being pressurising. Left us to it but was there for us to chat to on and off until we made final decision.

Really friendly service from Sammy. She went out of her way to help us, greeted us as we arrived and sought to understand what we were looking for as well as recommending a discount that we were eligible for. Really great service, would definitely recommend.

we were very happy with the customer service that was provided by Carl and the management Andrew. they were happy to answer all our questions we had about the bed and the mattress, also high satisfied as i have back problems and my partner has shoulder problems, this meant the staff were happy to recommend and point us in the right direction. i would highly recommend to friends or family. while we had sat down to review our order we were offered drinks and never left alone for to long a period.

Angelika was brilliant, informative, very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery date was what I wanted (a saturday) and even though she had problems entering the delivery slot phoned me to confirm the saturday slot with 20 minutes of me leaving the store. She went that extra mile and you should be very proud to have her working for you at the Basingstoke branch.

Very good and got a cup of tea

The service was fantastic. We were able to try any mattress as many times as we wished until we were satisfied. Carl explained the advantages and disadvantages with each one and nothing was too much for him. A very knowledgeable salesperson.
