Staff were polite abs courteous, helpful and not pushy for sales. We felt valued and understood as customers.

Friendly and helpful staff - good knowledge of the ranges and prices. Good customer service and just clear concise communication. Also excellent cup of tea and biscuits!

Rylan who assisted us was extremely knowledgable about the bed I had in mind. He gave me comparisons and didn't bore me with spiel, he kept it factual which didn't feel patronising. I gave him my budget and expectations and he managed it perfectly. This is the 2nd time I've been highly satisfied with a Dreams bed. I can't see me looking elsewhere in the future.

helpful staff.Was only buying a headboard,but had the feeling that the sale though small was important.

The young Man who served us was really helpful and patient.especially as we only wanted a bed head.However as he was so efficient we ended up buying two new pillows which are proving to be as comfortable as he thought they would be for us.He also discussed our present beds and we shall return when they need changing.

Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products, he wasn't pushy and tried to match our requirements with our budget, we didn't feel we were rushed and nothing was too much trouble
