The guy I spoke with was very helpful with coming up with solutions and he kept in touch till it was sorted.

Angelika was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, at no point did we feel pressured into making the purchase but gentle guided.

As soon as we walked in the door, we was greeted by Rylan, he was lovely right from the start, he talked us through the different mattress, bases and all the information about the beds that we needed to know to make an informed decision. He offered us lots of tea or coffee, and was very welcoming, we purchased a bed with mattress, headboard and was even able to get it delivered before christmas, and the old bed removed. Once upon a time two daydreamers, All that they wanted was share a smile. Their life was almost perfect, during the day, both were working in their smile factory trying to invent the most chocolate spread that does not spoil the teeth. But it was impossible to invent that magic paste because one small detail was still missing. Our two heroes realised that the Daytime it's a different cup of tea than Night Time, and the problem must be hidden behind the back pain after the sleep at Night. They decided to go to DREAMS showroom where brilliant Carl pulled dreamers on the ground, to be more precise we could say He pulled them on directly on the several mattresses. With wise voice, he explained to them, which properties should have a mattress to give a feeling of comfort and reduce fatigue. A clever man shows all the range of the products, and advice us to chose the best one. On the spur of the moment, the Daydreamers become a Night dreamers with their mattress from Dreams store. After the few nights, they still didn’t invent most chocolate paste of the world but they feel comfortable during the night and the chocolate spread probably is just a matter of time.

The customer service was amazing . The staff were there to lend a hand straight away. The adviser went into detail on everything we purchased and we were very happy overall. We even got offered a got drink which was so nice some places you go you have to go up to people to ask for help but in here it was brilliant and we will be returning :)

We In fact walked into the wrong store, but in the end were glad we did! The assistant Carl was so very helpful, which made us stay and buy the beds Pillows etc. Very pleased with the date for delivery which we felt was very quick at this time of the year.We have tried the Tempur pillows which we find much more comfortable than our old pillows. Carl took the time out of his day off to deliver our pillows which we thought was very kind in this day & age! We now look forward to receiving our beds. All thanks to Carl. We will be back to Dreams now and not our previous firm. Thank you Carl.

I first popped into the Basingstoke store on Saturday 19th November and was greeted by Rylan, I explained the issues I was having with my current mattress and he quickly advised me on the different options available. He was very patient while I tested different mattresses along with my 5 year old daughter. I came back to the store the following day with my partner so he could help make a decision, and again Rylan was extremely informative allowing us to make a choice. I can't wait for it to arrive next week.

The young man attending to our visit named Rylan listened closely to our needs and provided us with suitable product options. Rylan demonstrated knowledge and expertise and we left the store satisfied that we had made a purchase that was well informed.
