We were greeted on entering the store by Carl, who's customer service was very good, with excellent product knowledge. A good balance of assistance and time to browse and try out the products. Carl understood our needs and gave invaluable advise to help us select the right product. We will definitely use this store again and will have no hesitation in recommending your products.

We were very impressed with the accessibility of the store for wheel chair users as well as the exceptional product knowledge demonstrated by Rylan the sales assistant. Not only was he able to make a medical recommendation for a memory foam mattress, but also went the extra mile to move a specific mattress between beds to allow my wife to test comfort and transfer. The product range suited our needs very well and we were so impressed with the one-to-one attention given to us by Rylan we opted not to shop around and instead made our purchase in the Dreams store being our first choice before looking for a new bed, and our visit reinforces why Dreams will continue to be our first choice in future. I went to Dreams to order a new matress. The range of mattresses was good and easy to understand what you were looking at. Rylan approached me to assist, he was highly knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and made suitable recommendations, but also wasn't over nearing. He made to order process seamless and easy.

My wife went to the store on Monday and saw Thomas who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and she returned with a quotation. We assessed our needs and decided to buy two beds instead of one and returned to the store on Saturday. Thomas was there again and he was very patient and helpful and really knew his product. The ordering process was very straightforward and we are now waiting for delivery of our beds before Christmas. Your service was faultless thank you.
