Chris was really informative and had a good knowledge of the product, he understood what I wanted and gave me a range of products to try out so it was right for me. It was nice to be offered a hot beverage and biscuits whilst he discussed the various delivery options and the insurance for the bed.

James was knowledgeable about the products on offer and the entire range of beds available to purchase. He was personable and responsive to our questions. Overall, James was a good ambassador for the Dreams brand.
