We deliberately arrived soon after the store opened so were pleased to find that a member of staff was immediately available to assist us and we didn't feel rushed to make a decision - the store was noticeably busier by the time we left. Tom was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of mattresses which were all a potentially good match to our requirements.

The service was exceptional. Assistant had remembered us from a previous visit over a year ago . So thank you Sammy Basingstoke Hatch Warren. We came back to Hatch Warren because of the service she gave to my sister in law . We live in Derbyshire ! We bought well an otter man base ,mattress , pillows , over bed storage unit and sofa bed . All because of the service given . Also we bought aftercarefor products . Great Amazing lovely person thanks Sammy

Tom and Andrew made us feel very welcome and spent time explaining the different mattresses and their benefits. They also offered us a tea or coffee whislt we pondered our decision. Highly engaging and warm customer service

Andrew the store manager, was extremely polite, helpful and not pushy!! We were able to look for ourselves but on assistance if we needed help. He didn't try sell us items that we didn't need or want.

Rylan the young sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and very informative about the products.

Staff very professional and not pushy. Answered questions when asked then left us to decide. We found I was more able to make decisions without staff hovering over us. Most refreshing.

Colleague was friendly and helpful without being too pushy or overbearing. Was expecting a much longer delivery lead time, two days is exceptional!
