A member of staff acknowledged my arrival asked if I needed assistance. He listened to the requirements and asked a number of questions to identify a number of products. He gave me space to consider my options but was available to help me complete my purchase and offer to help carry the matress to my car.

The choice available was a bit daunting but the sales assistant soon narrowed it down for us when he understood our needs. The staff all seemed to enjoy being there and seemed very happy and had a good rapport amongst themselves.

Our assistant Sammy was highly knowledgable and extremely helpful. We visited a few other shops in area but no one else was as helpful which is the reason we returned

Quick, friendly service and given lots of information about the mattress we wanted. Poor Angelika had lost her voice but still did her very best for us. We were even offered a drink.

I had called in a few months ago and was impressed with the service you offer. I then went to the other local bed specialists but none offered the service you do. I decided to wait a few months and save a little more to get what I wanted. On my first visit Andrew the assistant was very helpful. When I returned this week he remembered me and even the bed that I thought I would prefer previously.

When I came into the shop the assistant Sammy remembers me from my last visit a year ago . She was friendly then and very helpful to my sister in law who bought a bed and pillows . This was why we wanted to shop in Hatch Warren Basingstoke because of her personality and skills of selling . So. Now I needed a new bed and was so pleased to she still works at the above shop . We looked for her .

Angelika was very approachable but not pushy, extremely knowledgeable not only about the products in store but your competitor plus in depth detail on all the terms and conditions and every single detail I should be made aware of. She was very patient whilst I got on and off the two preferred beds to make my mind up and she reassured me that if I got it wrong I could swap it out. I came to look at beds and came out with a purchase. Angelika is an xcellent advocate for your store.

We went into your showroom after earlier attending one of your rivals, where we were given the hard sell straight away. When we got to your showroom we were greeted with a smile and the offer of a hot drink and pillows to try with the beds. Special thanks to Andrew who went through the whole process start to finish without being pushy in any way we spent around £600 more on a bed with you than what we looked at at your rival. Brilliant customer service.

the patience the guy had with me....laying on different beds and matresses is time consuming so yeah fair play to him...very helpful to with his knowledge

Was looking at headboards. Andrew the sales assistant showed me the range and made clear the different types, prices etc. Good to deal with, an easy purchase made even easier with good Customer Service.
