We purchased our last bed at this Dreams store and when we decided to buy a guest bed for our spare room we didn't hesitate about visiting Dreams again. Carl the salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, not to overbearing giving us the chance to discuss things by ourselves. We were offered tea or coffee on arrival, he checked the availability of what we required and the delivery dates before we purchased the bed. Carl did everything to make us feel valued as a customer.

I found the experience, easy, staff friendly. We have had our mattress delivered and very happy that the guys took their shoes off at the door. which I find very respectful and was greatful they did this.

Although I already knew what I wanted, Sammy was very knowledgeable about the product, also very friendly without being too pushy

We had undertaken online reasearch in respect of our needs in the purchase of a new mattress. Therefore had a good idea of which mattress we wanted to look at. However the gentleman who dealt with us was knowledgable and went through alternatives, allowing us plenty of time to make our decision. He was very helpful in looking at the different payment options taking the trouble to write down all of the figures to help us with our decision making.

Everyone working in the shop were very friendly and there were plenty of staff to talk to for assistance from start to finish. The Irish girl that served us was lovely and the whole experience was quick and easy. Such a lovely bunch of people. I wish buying a laptop at pcworld I've done recently had your staff because they could really learn a lot from yours as you're in a whole league of your own. Went out with a smile on our faces and the Irish girl made us laugh, what a lovely lady. Happy new year.

This is the second time that we have visited the Dreams store in Basingstoke and once again the sales person was extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to clarify our needs and ensured that we were availed of all the information so that we could make an informed choice.

Overall experience was great. Very good customer service too.
