There was no pressure selling, Carl was understanding to our needs and guided us through to what we wanted.

I visited the store twice and placed the order on the second visit. At the first visit I discussed my needs with a member of staff who gave me some good advice on the products that would be suitable for me. I returned two days later and placed the order. I found all the staff that I dealt with to be friendly, approachable and professional. The store was properly laid out so everything was easily accessible. I was welcomed into to store and allowed to browse until I had the need to ask questions. This is what I prefer as I do not like to be constantly pursued while I am looking at the items. Overall I was happy with my two visits to this store.

After visiting a John Lewis store to learn more about Tempur mattresses and being very disappointed with the level of product knowledge displayed by the staff and lack of products to try out we were delighted to have the opposite experience at Dreams. We were greeted immediately by Rylan, offered a drink and shown immediately to the products we wished to try. We were also impressed by Rylan's level of knowledge and friendly demeanour. We weren't intending on purchasing that visit but the fact that we made a purchase there and then shows that we were satisfied with the experience.

Angelika in the Basingstoke store was so friendly and chatty. Made me feel relaxed while trying out the beds.

We were seen straight away and asked what type of bed we wanted we were taken to the type of bed options we were looking for, all the options were explained to us and we were allowed time to have a conversation between ourselves before we made a decision whilst waiting for the order to be placed we were offered tea, coffee and also the short waiting time for the bed to be delivered being less than a week

The staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about, the price for the bed and a good matters is second to non.
