Dreams - Basingstoke

I wanted a medium/soft bed with a view to buying a Hypnos. I bounced on a few, was provided with a pillow that accommodates stomach sleepers (me), two cups of coffee, I was assisted but not pestered, the sales assistant (Carl) provided me with all the info I required.

From start to finish we received excellent service. We made an informed choice under no feeling of pressure with helful and relaxed staff. Our delivery was arranged within a very reasonable time. The delivery men were amazing - I like it when people use there common sense and ring ahead and ask for any particular delivery tips/details - this speed up the whole delivery thing - helpful for both us and the delivery men who had had a long day but were still smiling. The assistant got me the offer that should have been available on the bed and was also able to give free recycling of my old mattress as an extra

We had variety of choices of the bed we were looking for and the assistance from the member of the staff was very helpful to find the right product.

Carl yours sales assistant was incredibly helpful, he gave us all of the information on the products with out being overwhelming. He also gave us plenty of time on our own to consider both the information and to try the product. The pillows were super helpful for trying out the various mattresses. Andrew the store manager was also helpful, we would highly recommend Dreams based solely on our shopping experience today.

Everyone was really welcoming in the store saying hello Ans asking if any help was needed. I was looking for something specific which I couldn't see online-single divan with first bed). Once found, Rylan was really efficient in getting the order through and a delivery date selected after carpets had gone down on our house. Probably not even 20 mins from entering store to leaving happy with my purchase. Delivery guys were really friendly too, called to let me know estimated time of delivery so I wasn't hanging around and gave me pointers on my bed, unwrap as soon as possible etc
