We were looked after by Carl at the Basingstoke store and we got all help we needed

Greeted at once and good descriptions of various options given.

The person who greeted us, Angelika, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only other assistant in the store was involved in a very long phone call and this meant that Angelika was under pressure when 2 other people were also looking for assistance. However she dealt with the situation in a very professional manner and managed to help everyone satisfactorily

Both CAl and Rylan were very helpful.

CARL made us feel very welcome and made the whole experience enjoyable

Carl, the assistant that served us, was patient, took us through the options, and recommended a very comfortable bed and pillows. The process took almost 2 hours and we were offered drinks and seats whenever appropriate. Carl displayed great knowledge and I believe we have a product that will see us through many years. He also sold us a single bed that we needed.

The sales assistant was very helpful and did not pressure us. The delivery team were also very helpful.

Carl was the member of staff who looked after us. We were highly delighted with the way Carl treated us, particularly as an older couple. He listened to our needs and was able to find a bed which was specific to requirements of a disabled person. Never did we feel uneasy or that we were a nuisance.

We were given comprehensive information about the various products and treated courteously, but at the same time the salesman wasn't too intrusive.
