Angelika the lady who served us was extremely helpful and polite, she took her time in showing us the mattresses that we may be interested in and then went and got a couple of pillows so that we could try the mattress.

Rylan was very helpful and my order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and he explained the procedures.

Rylan was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole transaction. We felt at ease discussing our needs, he provided us tea too (which was nice). His product knowledge was extremely good. I had discussed options with the same member of staff a few months before, and he remembered what we had previously discussed - which shows exceptional dedication to customer needs. He was able to listen to our requirements, and provide us realistic options and provided us with a competitive final quote.

Carl was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the rang costs and took into consideration all our needs. Our three children didn't phase him at all and he was clear and concise with information in a very friendly manner.
