Rylan was very helpful and polite listened to our needs and helped us to decide what to purchase

I was greeted by a very helpful assistant who explained in detail all I need to know about mattresses. He showed me a selection of different types and prices and made sure I had the correct pillow in order to test the different mattresses. He allowed me to peruse the various offering occassionally coming back to me help and answer my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

The member of staff Thomas who dealt with us spent a lot of time with us showing all the different mattresses for our bed and my sons bed didn't rush us at all was very happy with Thomas he is a credit to your team at the Basingstoke store

Tom was extremely helpful with mattress advice, and gave us all the information we needed and then let us have the time to look without hassling us. He was then there when we needed extra advice, and the whole process of placing the order was straight forward and easy. Nice cup of tea too!

Both assistants spoke to us after a short time in the store but then allowed us to walk around and try the beds ourselves. When we felt we needed assistance Sammy was on hand and very helpful moving mattresses to different bases and explaining the different products.

We were very pleased with the attention given to us by one of the staff. He was also very knowledgable and patient and gave us just the right amount of time to help us reach our decision
