Our sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the beds that met our criteria. Within 20 minutes we had purchased a tempur mattress and matching pillows.

I was not aware of the variety there was, but Carl explained the different types.

Although the price is still quite high, i love the feel of the bed. Sammy was very knowledgeable about the product that we were looking at and offered us an alternative to the higher priced mattress (which had put us off a little). With Sammy's knowledge, we chose the more expensive mattress. Whilst my husband and I debated on the expensive purchase, Sammy was patient and offered us beverages. She was very cheerful and polite and I would recommend the service to anyone. A little disappointed that I have to wait until March for my purchase as my water bed has just broken. Sammy was able to offer the purchase of an air bed if we needed one.

Greeted on arrival,they listened to what we were looking for, gave us all the options with ample explanation and then given time to discuss and decide. Offered drinks and no pressure to make a decision. Payment options discussed and again given time to decide. Staff friendly and helpful at all times.

The colleague, Carl, was really helpful. He was professional but friendly and took all the time we needed to understand our requirements completely and then provide good advice. He guided us to test various relevant products rather than leaving us to aimlessly wander around which was really helpful. He showed great product knowledge. Considering the products we finally purchased, we feel we have received good value for money.
