The assistant that helped us was very knowledgeable gave as space to talk things over on our own, but was available for any queries we had. We only intended to look then come away and think things over. But we found exactly what we were looking for with his help.

The salesman pointed out the mattress of that type that was in the sale.

Ryland Martin was our assistant and I would like to state that he was 100% helpful to us. He also had a good sense of humour and I must say that his attitude made the whole visit a delight. Both the assistant and the Manager were very helpful and friendly.

We had time to have a look at the bunk beds available to see in store without anyone breathing down our necks. After a time a customer advisor came over to see if we needed help. Everything we wanted to know he helped us with and if he didn't know the answer he went and asked his store manager. We couldn't of had better service very nice store. Our advisor the manager and the other advisor were so friendly and obliging.

Angelika was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and gave us quotes we could take away to ponder over. Once we had decided on which bed to purchase she dealt with it in a professional and helpful manner.

I was satisfied with the quality of the products and the availability of the staff for assistance.

I'm listed disable with spinal issues and was looking for a good bed as I spend most the winter months in bed. I was originally looking for a quality matteris but ended up buying a electric bed as the Angels where perfect for my back, although way out of my budget and on finance being that I spend some much time in bed. Angelika and Ryan where both so professional and truly helpful
