All sales staff were interested / competing with regard to serving us. They were all polite and Andrew who eventually took our order was very clear with his explanation of how the order would proceed.

I Was greeted by a member of staff as soon as I walked in. He was happy, polite, professional and very helpful. He was able to direct me to exactly what I needed, gave me some excellent options and advice. I left just under £350 worse off but purchased exactly what I wanted in a very short period of time. Very impressed 😀

Staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being pushy or overbearing. Made to feel at home and able to take as much time as we wanted to make our choices, including lying on beds for as long as needed provision/advice on pillows.

The member of staff Rylan was extremely knowledgeable and knew the products inside out. He was available to assist where needed and did not crowd us when we needed time to think. The store was laid out in a very easy to understand way, the colour coding made it very easy to see at a glance the type of mattress which you would look for.

Carl the sales operative was friendly and helpful, but not pushy in any way. We were very happy.

The sales assistant was helpful and offered advice but his was done in a professional manner and we felt under no pressure at all.very good service and experience. Would happily recommend Dreams.
