Dreams - Basingstoke

We had to replace our matress, but were unsure where to begin our search on entering the store, so we approached Tom who guided us through the process of selecting the product that best met our needs. The process was very smooth and Tom was very knowledgeable about your product range. On selecting the right matress we placed an order and left feeling happy.

Able to browse and got assistance when needed. Didn't feel pressurised into making decision and the salesman was pleasant, not pushy and knowledgeable. Discussed various options with myself and my son establishing who the bed was for and then addressing the questions to my teenage son which was important to engage him in the decision process as we were shopping for him. Once ordered I was able to have a delivery date of my choice, although I did have to pay for that as it was for a Saturday.

All of the staff were nothing but helpful and lovely to speak to! As a couple buying their first mattress together, we were very impressed with the level of help and service we received. Rylan, who served us, did a great job and made sure that we were 100% happy with our purchase.

We only popped in to buy a pillow and to get out of the rain. However, Rylan, introduced us to a world of comfort, and we couldn't help but buy a new bed and mattress and every conceivable insurance policy available. Wow, what a guy!

We first dealt with rylan the week before who was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being pushy, we came back the second week to purchase goods and were served by Carl who was just as helpful. We feel the staff in Dreams are not aggressively pushy which is welcoming.
