We were the only customers so we got 100% attention.

Very friendly assistant (Sammy) who knew a lot about the bed. There was no hard sell, we were given space when we needed it to discuss on our own. Ordering was very straightforward and we're pleased with the 8 year cover we purchased, especially regarding pet damage. Also very quick delivery time quoted.

Rylan was effecient, helpful and informative. All I could ever ask for!

When I arrived at the store there was an assistant free to listen to my needs and direct to me to the products which would match those. I was given a cup of coffee while we discussed the terms and conditions and delivery dates of the chosen product. I,was highly satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the assistant.
