Dreams - Basingstoke

Angelika was very friendly and helpful, she helped me find the mattress and bedstead fit for my needs. Initially I wasn't sure how much I could afford to spend and I was given advice of payment plans, best value for money etc. I walked away happy with my purchase and my experience from shopping with Dreams.

We were assisted by Ryan in the Basingstoke store, who provided a high level of customer service. He listened to our needs and directed us to the most suitable products. He was very helpful and courteous at all times throughout the sales process.

Carl, your Customer Service colleague was very knowledgable about the different products on sale and was very polite and attentive.

Angleika listen to our requirements, showed the selection that met our criteria and had the patience to continue helping us even when we kept going back over the same 3 beds. She obtained the delivery dates for each and then explained each part of the ordering and what happened at delivery. Very pleasant and helpful.

We were in desperate need of a new bed so in the morning I went in to have a look around and was greeted by Carl. I explained that I was only looking for now and would be coming back later in the evening with my girlfriend to make a purchase and offered his services for when we returned. At around 7pm we turned up and Carl was still there and immediately greeted us. We narrowed it down to a couple of products that we liked and Carl explained to us everything we needed to know about the items. Along with this, we purchased a Tempur mattress and his level of knowledge about this was faultless and gave us plenty of time to get a feel for what we were buying. Despite it being closing time he was not in any rush to get us out of the shop and even offered us drinks so we didnt feel rushed. He didnt push any products on us that we didnt need and the products he did offer were perfect for what we wanted. I would highly recommend friends and family to go to Dreams (Hatch Warren) and to be served by Carl as it was a pleasure to be served by him.

Carl (the assistant) was very knowledge and answered any questions/issues to our satisfaction.
