I was approached by the sales assistant within two minutes of entering the store. Rylan was very helpful and was able to show me exactly what I was looking for after just a few questions. He made sure that I was happy with my choice of mattress and even went so far as to find a pillow similar to the one I have at home to check I would have a comfortable nights sleep once it is delivered. I was very impressed with his product knowledge and the ease of ordering once my choice was made. I would certainly look out for him again if I wanted to purchase other products from this store.

assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the product. explained to us the differences between different beds, information about the springs etc. Wasn't overly pushy and let us make our own decision, providing informative information at every step of the way. went out of his way to see if we could arrange a next day pick up, which ultimately wasn't possible but arranged a delivery to suit our needs. Had two young boistorous boys with us at the time. Staff were relaxed so the boys were not a problem while we purchased our beds.

Did not know what we were looking for in a mattress hard,soft ect,quality even the look of the product.great guy served us information given fantastic right down to pillows duvet never thought picking a mattress would be so informative.

Carl was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the bed for my needs and made very helpful suggestions about size and the materials used. He went the extra mile to consider access to the property and mattress protection.

Tom was very helpful and spent time to understand our requirements, before suggesting particular products. He allowed us plenty of time to decide, and once we decided to go ahead, he processed our order efficiently.
