Dreams - Basingstoke

Mr.Rylan Martin was exactly what any customer would want, an excellent greeting, listened to our requirements and understood the funds I had available, and never exceeded that amount. He explained the delivery and collection charge which was impressive as I do not live in the Basingstoke area, and respected the cost within total. He left us to wander and see all that was available within our price range and also exceeding it, so that we could make a comprehensive decision, we were also offered tea and coffee. I would thoroughly recommend Basingstoke branch ant their staff.

Our assistant, Rylan, in Basingstoke store was knowledgeable about the products and gave is time and attention when necessary and space to decide when necessary. Great shopping experience.

I was given plenty of time and full price information. It is so important to decide very carefully on something that you will use daily for maybe 10 years. The option to change if not happy after 40days is great.

I had been to Bensons at Harveys. Finally spoken to by assistant. I explained I wanted a king size divan, with drawers. Was asked "would that be a single or double" :( Hello. After I explained what a king size was, I asked if they took the old bed away. Answer no. Was in there 5 mins. Went to John Lewis. Assistant had not idea of how to sell a bed. Went to Dreams. Welcomed, offered a drink, explained what I wanted and Carl knew his stuff about beds. Can see why Basingstoke gets 5 stars. Excellent service

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at the Dreams, because I found perfect mattress for me (I was looking for in other shops, but this mattress in Dreams is exactly I need). Also the Dream's Colleague - Rylan Martin, helped me to find this mattress. He was very friendly and proffesional. When I arrived to the Dreams, he came to me straight away and propose to help me. Actually it was my first visit ever at Dreams, and I was very satisfied. Also I bought super comfortable pillow! Thank you.
