Rylan - Basingstoke Really friendly and helpful. Did not give us the hard sell which we enjoyed, it was more informative which helped us make our decision. We entered the store not with a view to purchasing however Rylan gave us great advice which helped us decide to buy. We are due to get our new Tempur mattress within 4 days, Excellent, Excellent I would recommend Dreams at drop of a hat. Thank you

Low key, relaxed but made you happy to stay and buy.

The assistant - Carl - was very helpful and was happy to assist with my indecision. As a result I think we found the correct bed & mattress combination for us.

Knowledgable and friendly service

Rylan and his colleague Andrew were very knowledgable and were not pushy.

Found the whole expererence very satisfactory. Staff very willing to help and ensure we understood all the different types of beds etc.

Sales assistant Rylan was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to provide and recommend products exactly to our requirements, whilst explaining in full the nature of why. We have never bought high end pillows before, but when Rylan asked us how we slept and gave us individual tempur pillows to try, we were sold! Rylan was efficient without being pushy. Polite and accommodating. After visiting a few bed shops recently our experience at Dreams was by far the best! Plus giving we were 'only browsing' and left having purchased our Dream bed, showed how satisfied we were.

Angelika was very helpful. Gave us plenty of information but gave us the space to consider. With a 3 year old she was great!
