i was very pleased with a member of staff at the Basingstoke branch in hatch warren ,who was Rylan martin I didn't have a clue what i was looking for as my husband left me about 5 yrs ago and I had make a decision om my own and Rylan was very helpful as I have been suffering with headache and backache so I thought it was time to get a new mattress ive never meet a nicer more helpful person thankyou

We spent quite a long time with Carl as we were looking for three beds. He helped us understand the whole range throughout the store in terms of our requirements so not to look at beds that we were never going to buy. From bed frame types to the mattress ranges and how each one was constructed, this enabled us to make an informed opinion. He provided more than one drink and nothing seemed to much effort. Details came across honest and low pressure so never felt uncomfortable at any stage. Carl was a delight to deal with and if you could replicate him to all your stores then you'll be onto a winner!!

The bed was for my disabled son so Rylan and Carl were extremely knowledgeable in helping me over several days in making the right choice for my sons needs.

Very good and efficient service by a lovely lady who took great care to get us the right bed at the right price. It was Sammy.

Staff were patient and very helpful-especially Sammie who dealt with me and my husband as we were feeling generally unwell

Rylan who looked after us determined what we were looking for, made recommendations but was clear that some (more expensive) products are not for everyone and did not try and push us into buying products that we did not really want.

Very professional service by a very polite young assistant. Good advice given and not too pushy. Top marks to him. We only came in to have a look around. Will definitely shop here again.
