The staff member was very helpful and showed alternatives to the product I was looking at; this enabled be to make a comparison and select an appropriate product.

Angelika was very friendly, attentive and personable. We didn't feel pushed into anything and she was happy for us to go away and come back with a decision (after working out some calculations for us!).

Angelika was very welcoming and had excellent product knowledge. She greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She was friendly and we didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. She helped us by letting us use a range of different pillows on different mattresses which made our experience even more positive.

The dreams colleage Sammy was excellent. I had never bought a bed from new, however, Sammy guided me carefully through the product ranges and took the time to understand my needs and help me understand what I was looking for. In the end got the perfect bed for me. Thank you.

still Awaiting on bed to be delivered but the overall experience was good product knowledge was good, left me be till I wanted help but still acknowledge me when I walked in but as I said still waiting on the bed to arrive

We would have appreciated a little more information regarding the mattress specifics (e.g. spring count, material etc) as there is a big focus on price.
