The sales assistant was knowledgeable about the products, listened to my requirements, and adjusted what she showed me until I was satisfied and chose an appropriate mattress.

Sales advisor (Samantha at Basingstoke branch) was very friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. She offered and made us a lovely coffee and did not rush us at all. She allowed us to try several different beds across several types and guided us correctly to our exact needs. She helped us through the finance process and explained each step throughly. Generally she was very warm and welcoming and not once did I feel pushed into anything so I was very pleased with the whole visit.

Carl from Basingstkoke remembered me from a visit the previous week and greeted me immediately along with my husband .,his demonstration and knowledge was top notch and although not originally planning to buy the Extras I.e pillows , mattress protector etc Carl had made everything sound sensible and we decided to go the whole package as the mattress is worth protecting as not cheap Thankyou Carl

I took my mother into buy a new bed. We were greeted with an offer of a coffee and smiley faces. Rylan and Andrew were very patient with my mother who has dementia, so their attention was greatly received. Well done

this was the first time I have been in dreams store and found the staff very happy and willing to help you out in every nead and explain the products as well overall a first class service and willing to come back to the store again

Samantha was very friendly, very informative, and allowed us plenty of time to try mattresses. My husband appreciated his cup of instant coffee - not from a machine!
