Dreams - Basingstoke

Our assistant, Rylan, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. We we're not really sure on our Bed and Mattress choice and it took us two visits. Both times Rylan was on hand to explain the products fully. We also felt, unlike other shops we had visited, that we were not met by pushy sales people. Instead it was a professional service that wanted to solve our particular needs.

We have been in a few times into the store, every time we have been all staff have been very happy to help. The last time we went in to place our order we were remembered, and actually what we had been interested in. Rylan in the store was very friendly and helpful, well done Dreams.

Very helpful staff, left to make decisions without being harassed, walked around without being harrassed, got all the info we needed, before making our decision. Great shopping experience, would definately recommend.

The assistant at the Basingstoke Dreams : Samantha (Sammy) was a perfect business woman. She made our visit very personal and didn't push us into buying anything , but made sure we knew what options were available. Her product knowledge was perfect and she managed to balance quality and price perfectly to our budget and needs. The time spent in the store was highly enjoyable and the range of products made the decision hard to make , which is a good thing! The price for all we bought was extraordinary and all details of the purchase and delivery were explained beautifully. We will be back! My husband and I went to Dreams to purchase a bed, but we only had a small limited budget. one of the shopping assistants( Rylan) helped us find a best deal , with a quality mattress for the good price. he had suffitient knowledge of what he was selling. we left the store happy that we found a comfortable and quality bed for a reasonable price.

Sammy was very efficient on both visits to the store. The first visit we were not sure what we were looking for so we did not make a purchase. The next day we know what we wanted and Sammy remembered us ans talked us through any dilemas we still had. Hopefully we will be as delighted with our choice when it is delivered, constructed, and most importantly comfortable.
