Dreams - Basingstoke

The Dreams colleague was very helpful, listened and it felt like she understood our needs. She was friendly with our young children and suggested ways of keeping them occupied while we went through the paperwork. Sammy was knowledgeable about back and sleep problems caused by a bad mattress. She upsold accessories effectively,

We were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store, we were approached fairly soon but left as we said we were only looking, but as soon as we wanted help Carl was very attentive, giving us lots of advise and showing us what mattresses were available. We were offered the insurance which we took and this gave us a free mattress cover, which was well worth the £25 insurance, they also threw in a set of 4 pillows. We will definitely recommend this store and definitely use them again when the need arises Throughly satisfied with our purchase, thank you Carl and Dreams

Sammy did not intrude and merely offered her assistance when we were ready so we didn't feel pressured. When we were ready for help she was very friendly and very knowledgeable and made the experience of parting with a thousand pounds actually pleasurable - awesome!

When I arrived at the Dreams store in Basingstoke, I was greeted at the door by the friendly and welcoming Angelika who listened to what i would like and went through a range of different beds with me until i found the bed that i was looking for and that was right for me. When i was happy with the bed i chose we sat down and went though all the details with me until i was happy and went over anything that i was unsure of. Angelika's hospitality was amazing aswell by offering a range of drinks whilst we went through the process of purchase. Overall, i was very happy with the service that was given to me by Angelika and the Dreams store.

Samantha was highly competent, had a strong knowledge base and was extremely efficient.

The store has such a huge selection of beds to choose from, making it difficult to make our decision. The Sales Assistant Carl was very helpful, didnt oversell, and was very knowledgeable.

I explained what I was looking for and where the bed would be used so the assistant was able to point me in the right direction immediately. He was most helpful and courteous.

We had Sammy helping us throughout she made us feel very comfortable, gave us honest opinions and thoughts while also providing us with coffee and water. She was able to explain everything to us and give us a detailed understand of each product while taking both mine and my partners needs into account highly professional service!!
