We were served by Sammy and she was extremely knowledgeable and considering myself and my husband wanted different firmness from the bed, she was able to find a very good balance to suit both of us.

Angelika at basingstoke store was the happiest most polite person I have seen in a long time. She was extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. I particularly loved the way she gave myself and my partner nice pillows to help us find the perfect bed.

The store was busy when I arrived but they still made a point of helping me whilst finishing up with their previous client then coming to me once the previous client had finished. They had good knowledge on the products I was asking about and where very friendly and understanding.

We have shopped here before and had very good service. So we decided to return.

Very good all around service

I have used the store a few times now, it is always clean & well presented. The sales assistant, Sammy was very helpful & listened to my requirements. She showed me a few options then let me browse on my own. I didn't feel pressured into purchase at any point. Sammy was very professional & polite as well as funny - a real asset to your company.

I visited the Basingstoke store twice with my children to first look at the bunk beds and then to place the order. On both occasions the staff (Angelika then Andrew) who helped us were very helpful, answering my many queries and were very accommodating of my 'lively' children.

Found what I wanted

As a 23 year old male in the need of a new bed and mattress for my new flat I had no idea what I wanted. I found the amount of options confusing and didn't know where to start. While my friends were playing with the most expensive bed in the store, Angelika popped over, Unassuming of my affordability. She guided me through the range of mattresses, what I could get for my price point. She was assertive, which was the attitude I needed, yet easy to joke with. She ensured I properly tested out each mattress and that I had the best pillow each time. She gave valuable advice, Showing me what beds and mattresses would be better for someone taller such as myself. When I sat on each bed she would highlight what could be troublesome for me in the future and what options might be better. Overall Angelika provided a great service which I really was not expecting to have.

There was no overbearing pushy salesman trying to sell us "up". We stated that we wanted a mattress for the spare room and the gentleman showed us the options available in our price range
