Sammy that was the Dreams colleague was very helpful and explain to us all about the difference in mattress even made us a cuppa tea. Couldn't fault her service.

I was shown a range of mattress types and found one which felt suitable for my needs.

Nice experience, very helpful staff.

The customer service was excellent. Sammy was attentive, polite (when she had to see to another customer) and considerate of our needs and changing minds. There are no issues with the order though it would have been nice not to have to wait four weeks for the arrival of our bed.

I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted, I came out of the store spending twice as much as I anticipated without buying what I had gone in for but very satisfied with my purchases.
