Excellent listened to what we wanted I have received my bed and mattress very quick love it bed frame is very good quality !

Our sales advisor listened to our needs and directed us straight to the appropriate items. Knowing this was potentially a expensive purchase we did not want to be rushed into anything therefore we took our time in choosing the right product for us. During this time the sales advisor was very patient and answered all relative questions. This made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process.

Sales lady very efficient, however she promised a call on the Tuesday after the bank holiday with an expected delivery date, all I have at the moment is August, hopefully 2017. Perhaps you can contact the store or check delivery dates for me and advise by email or phone. I must admit not to have one in your store was disappointing. Thank you. C. J. Perrett

Well layed out store. The assistant was really polite, interested and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs then let us try a number of beds based on her knowledge. We also bought a headboard which she explained we could have in any of the colours and that we could have any bed made in the same fabric. She offered USA a number of additional extras but didn't pressure us.

Sammy was very efficient and helped us make a quick decision about a suitable mattress for our daughter. She completed the sales process very quickly and demonstrated good knowledge of both product and process.
