The customer service in store was perfect. Rylan, he did a brilliant job at selling me and my partner out mattress and warranty. Thanks you very much to him as if it wasn't down to him I'm sure I would've left empty handed.

Sammy was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who had taken the time to understand our needs on a previous visit by my wife. When I returned with my wife today we were warmly welcomed and taken very smoothly and efficiently through the ordering process. Top marks!

Carl, Explained all the variations of mattress, benifts of having the correct pillow, suggested the warranty and the benefits of having this to protect the mattress. Carl was not pushy, allowed use to try all the beds we wanted and had pillows ready and moving them around. Would go back again we we need to replace either a bed or mattress. Carl was fantastic, he focused on facts not waffling

The assistant (Sam) was really helpful. I don't like going into shops where assistants keep asking me if they can help or offering advice. When I walked in after a short time Sam asked me if she could help to which I answere no that I was fine. She was then always within calling distance but getting on with her work but did not interfere again until I asked her a question and then she was more than helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I also liked the way the other staff in the store seemed pleasedd to help each other. I bought 3 beds at that time and then two days later went back and bought two more mattresses!! There is no way I would have done that if I was not impressed with the service in the shop. Thank you. What could have been a nightmare experienced turned into a pleasant one.

Sammy was great! She helped us a lot!! She knew a lot of detail about different beds, prices, mattresses, pillows etc. When we needed some time to think and talk, she gave us this and made us a coffee each. This was a great help as we needed some thinking time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained the differences between the beds and mattresses on offer.

The selection on the shop floor was adequate and the sales assistant was extremely helpful and did not give us a 'hard sell'! He was sympathetic to our needs and with his help we bought within our budget and we were made aware of other benefits including extended cover for the items we bought.

Rylan who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we felt we were valued customers. He was friendly without being over the top. Excellent customer service.
