Sammy did not try and over sell the products. She let us decide which feel we liked and then gave us the choices we had. She explained the difference between the mattresses and gave us time to try them all out.

Sales rep, very efficient and knew exactly what I was looking for. Also recommended things which I had not considered.

The member of staff that assisted us (Angelika, Basingstoke branch) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We both have different tastes and she helped us find a mattress that we both liked.

Not only was Angelika highly knowledgable, she was extremely friendly and excellent in helping me decide to buy a bed base, headboard, mattress and pillows there and then. Her other colleagues who also provided some input were instrumental in helping me make my decision as well. A fantastic team at the Basingstoke Hatch Warren Retail Park store. Hot drinks were also very much appreciated and made me feel at home. I liked visiting a shop where there was absolutely no pressure required to purchase as Angelika's knowledge and wonderful demeanour shone through to ultimately help me find something I will be very happy with. We where helped by Rylan and his product knowledge and his assessment of our needs where absolutely amazing. he should us a variety of mattress choices and knew everything about all the ones he showed us as we went in to buy just a mattress only and ended up buying a super king adjustable bed with top of the range mattresses and also pillows. Nothing was ever to much hassle and he made us feel very confident in the product he was selling. Rylan and his manager Andy are a major credit to the Basingstoke branch of dreams I cannot fault the time, knowledge and helpfulness and product knowledge it was amazing hence the reason we made such a big purchase.

Angelika, was very professional and really knew the products well, she up sold me £1000! I'm a BDM i know things like this lol I would not only recommend Dreams but Angelika as well.

Very helpful and friendly service. Lots of good advice and assistance without being pushy. Gave us the space and time we needed to make our decision.

I felt that the sales assistant knew the product and the market. She didn't try to push the sale but let me come to a conclusion in a relaxed way. She was on hand with information but not pushy. She was friendly and personable and judged my purchase requirement accurately.
