I have become disabled with an incurable back problem. Andrew, the salesman at Hatch Warren spent a great deal of time with us making sure I had the right type of bed. I had to wait four days for delivery but as we were dismantling a water bed that day I was lent a brand new mattress until my bed arrived. The delivery men were exceptionally helpful arriving well within the time slot quoted and taking away the old bed and frame as arranged. I am waiting for 2 bedside cabinets to be delivered at a later date. Thank you Dreams for your helpfulness and courtesy. I would certainly use you again and recommend you.

Angelika, the sales assistant, was very helpful and did not pressure us at any time. She seemed most knowledgeable and went to great lengths to help us with our decision.

Rylan was excellent. he understood our needs gave us the information that we needed but did not crowd us. he allowed us to time and space to make our own decision and then took us through the paperwork as quickly as possible. in short there was no pressure but lots of help and information.
