Trying to find a replacement mattress due to discomfort makes you wary that you may get the wrong one and end up worse of. Rylan took time to understand my problems and suggested several different option. I was trying to do all this with my two young sons. All the team members were helpful and kind to the children (even giving them some balloons) this enabled me to take my time and not feel rushed into a wrong purchase.

The service was fantastic (Rylan was his name) he made a good cup of tea! And the bed was lovely as well as the mattress, it came on a variety of sizes and colours and we were very happy with the options

Sammy was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions so that she could recommend the mattress that would suit our needs. She allowed us to take our time and supplied us with coffee and water to keep us going. We have used Dreams for the last 3 mattress purchases and consider the Company to be customer focussed and reasonably priced.

The lady that helped us was very good. She took time to understand our medical needs and gave us the information and knowledge to help us work out exactly what we needed. The only area I can see could be improved is delivery times as nearly a month seems a long time for any item that doesn't need to be made.

We were only going to check out the Tempur mattresses in the Hatch Warren store and not specifically to buy on the day of the visit. However, on arrival we were greeted cheerfully be Samantha who showed us each mattress with a lot of knowledge of how they were made and the structures to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and she wasn't pushy. 10% discount was good but not our main reason to buy, Samantha also talked about the 'coolness' of the mattress cover only available to Dreams stores and in this weather that was worth a thought! Offered a nice cold drink of water too! My wife and I both said that if it wasn't for Samantha we probably would have gone home and checked other places for the product, so I think that shows she is an asset to your Store! Great service! Would always recommend.

Angelika is an excellent ambassador for Dreams. She was very professional whilst being friendly and listened to our needs. She had an excellent knowledge of your products.

Good friendly and quick service

I came in as I needed a mattress, I told him my condition and he said what mattress I needed, very knowledgeable in the products, and very helpful. Rylan was his name, he is such a very helpful person. I would not hesitate in coming back to the store.
