Dreams - Basingstoke

We went to the store as we know they have a large selection of beds and had short listed 3 we were keen to look at. On entering the store we were greated with hello and then a short time later after we had looked at 2 beds the lady came over and asked if we needed any assistance, she was keen to understand our requirements and went off to find pillows so we could lay on the mattress (we already knew which type we wanted) so we could get a good idea what it was like. We had seen a frame we were keen on and she offered to move the mattress we had tried to that frame, she immediately enlisted the help of a colleague and we were then able to try the bed as a whole. The store colleagues worked well as a team there. She allowed us time to talk through our thoughts on the bed without her. She came back with the prices and options available to customer, disposal of old bed, cover for frame/mattress etc and talked through each price listed with detail. She answered questions about different types of slats and mattresses with confidence and we got a feeling very quickly that she was knowledgeable about your products.

I went to purchase a new mattress in the Basingstoke Dreams showroom. Greeted by Rylan on the floor who recognized me( This was my second visit. First visit was with a Friend to the store 6 months ago). Rylan suggested to go for the same Mattress previously bought(ActiGel Rapport) which were now on heavy discount. Since, my friend was satisfied with the purchase i was happy to go with the same choice. My budget was £500 and i got the mattress for £489, Wow. Thanks Rylan.

We walked in to the store after just visiting benson for beds, the experience there was poor so we were hope that dreams would be better. What a relief, we walked in and we're greeted by Rylan, a smiley happy guy that seem interested in what we were looking for. By asking targeted questions he quickly established what or needs were, a medium firm mattress in king size with a deep base around 30 cms. Rylan showed us to different beds to try that met our needs and even brought out two pillows that met with our requirements to aid us with the trial experience. I have to say Rylan was extremely knowledgable about his trade and products and left no question in-answered. After leaving the store for a coffee to discuss, we returned and again Ryan was able to assist and this resulted in us making our decision and placing the order. Rylan is is true asset to your company and this store and it was refreshing to see someone take pride in their work, while offering a truly fantastic customer experience. When you go into the store you are welcomed and asked if you needed any help, then they let u look around by yourself not putting pressure on you, they then return to offer advice and help

The lady ( Samantha ) who served us was both knowledgeable and patient. She allowed us to try many types and quoted various combinations for us to consider. We were offered tea and coffee and it just made the whole experience personal. Thank you.

We were greeted on arrival by Andrew who was charming and immediately very helpful without being pushy... Then Rylan helped us decide on which mattress to buy and was absolutely charming, highly efficient and gave great advice. So thank you Rylan. Great service! We were very impressed!
