I was delighted with the service Leah was the most charming girl and really helpful, Rylan was a great help in advising me how to sort out the financial size. These 2young people were a credit to the company and I will certainly do business with Dreams again. Thank you I am sure my mattress will give me many hours of restful sleep. Well done Dreams

Friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy, welcomed me to Dreams and left me to browse before asking if needed any assistance. Even offered me a cup of tea whilst I browse - nice touch! Didn't feel rushed. I spoke with Sammy who was very helpful, good product knowledge and customer service. Also helped by her colleague Andrew and a young girl who only been in store for 3 weeks, so helpful.

The gentleman was most helpful and didn't push me. I hope that the delivery men are as pleasant and helpful.

Helpful staff, great information and clear explanation of delivery. Quicker delivery time would have been better, and maybe more options for single bed mattresses for children. Rylan and his team were very knowledgable and helpful

the salesman was very friendly and helpful - he carried the mattresses out to our car - and even offered to deliver them himself on his day off if they didn't fit in the car - they did fit in so that was fine - he made us a cup of coffee - and the whole shopping experience was good - the items we initially wanted weren't available - but he found us 2 good quality mattresses that were in stock
