Fantastic service, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and understood all that was needed. Very bubbly.

I spoke to Rylan on Saturday who was very helpful. I never go to the shops so wasn't really looking forward to it. I wanted a mattress, firm, for a friend who was coming to stay. I had not idea but Rylan was understanding and was very helpful. I needed to check with my wife, so I did not purchase on the Saturday, but went back on the Sunday. It was all done very quickly and I am well pleased!

The sales person Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer a solution to an ongoing problem my wife and I had that was on how firm the mattress was to be. Andrew showed us many options in a non pressured environment which was actually enjoyable. This is something I cannot say of most retail experiences

I had a very knowledgeable, friendly sales person - Sammy. She was sympathetic and yet very practical. I told her that I needed a bed to cater for my needs, I have Multiple Sclerosis and a quality bed is important so many reasons. She understood without making me feel embarrassed. She put me completely at ease and ran me through all my options and I have ended up with a truly pucker bed which is coming in less than a week. I went into the Basingstoke branch when I was visiting family and they will deliver, assemble and remove the old one in less than a week and I live in Plymouth. A big problem for me was solved in less than 30 mins by visiting your store. You and your excellent staff member Sammy have made me a very happy woman; Thankyou.
