The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and gave very useful advice to help us with the choice of bed and finalisation of the purchase.

Excellent customer service from Rylan in your Basingstoke store from walking into store to leaving. He was on top form welcomed with a smile and knew what we were looking for and his knowledge of what he had in stock. A great team you have in the Basingstoke branch and would go back there again.

Both Sami and Leah were brilliant ! They knew their mattresses and helped me pick the perfect one ! Thank you !

We entered the store had a very warm welcome from Leah . She gave us a wealth of knowledge about the products, promotions. Allowed us time to think and look around whilst being on hand to answer our queries. She talked through everything, ensured we were happy with the choice. All of the three people working were happy to help and were welcoming. We were offered drinks . It was an extremely calm positive and confident approach. She was very patient with us. A big thank you and well done to Leah!

We visited Dreams having previously visited a rival store. We were greeted by Carl who gave us outstanding service. He had excellent product knowledge and enthusiasm, dealt with all our questions in a very professional manner, but without being pushy. He made us coffee and allowed us time to walk around, testing beds as we wanted without hovering. We cannot speak too highly of Carl and would recommend Dreams for bed purchases. The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful, making the experience a quick and enjoyable exercise.

The salesman Rylan Martin was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. We wanted a Tempur matress but needed advice as I suffer with back and hip issues. Rylan took plenty of time to explain the difference between each mattress, advising us to keep trying the different types. Nothing was too much trouble.

I found the staff, and Rylan in particular (he served me), friendly and helpful.

Very professional, spent time explaining the products,available and let us try out the beds, leaving the final decision to us.
