The sales assistant (LEAH) was very good and very friendly and spent time with us to get the corect product for my needs. she made our visit to the store pleasurable

Advisor came over but without being pushy and explained everything we needed to know, fantastic service

We were welcomed into the store & made to feel like a valued customer. Carl, from Basingstoke, who dealt with our requests was very attentive.

Sammy was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained a lot about the beds without being pushy. She gave us lots of time, brought us coffee and even asked another colleague to move a mattress for us so we could compare our shortlisted two without having to walk the length of the store.

couldnt fault the service we had Carl was very knowledgable about all the beds we were looking at and gave us useful information which helped make our decision on the bed and he gave uselful advice about the type of mattress to buy depending on how long we wanted the visitors to stay :-). Was offered plenty of tea and coffee he when we were placing the order and he managed to get the delivery time and day that fitted us perfectly.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and its range, demonstrating the features and options, as well as allowing time for us to experience the different levels of firmness of the mattresses to find the best suited, as well as the different bed options available that suited the mattress.
