Dreams - Basingstoke

I visited dreams in Basingstoke this afternoon to purchase a new bed and mattress, having recently moved into my first home. Being new to the bed buying world I needed some help and probably looked like I was struggling - I was helped by Leah. Leah was approachable and knowledgeable on the dreams products. Leah helped me chose my bed and advised me on pillow choices. Leah was great at showing me different mattress types, she gave me just enough space to make my decisions and didn't push or rush me in making my choice - I really appreciated Leah's patience as I know how indecisive I can be! Leah was also great at engaging my partner, who had had enough of going around bed shops and just wanted a beer! Although there is quite a delay on delivering my new bed and mattress, Leah and the store manger helped by explaining they would do thier best to secure a delivery date on a Saturday as soon as it became avaliable on the system. So, although I have another few nights on the blow up bed (but with a new fantastic pillow - thanks Leah!) I'm looking forward to sleeping in my new bed!

a fantastic experience given by the member of staff Carl who could not have helped us more he was more than happy to talk through all the options and go through all the mattresses and knew a lot about all the different types.

Amount of choice and knowledge of the assistant

Ease of ordering product and speed of purchasing plus the member of staff Leah was really helpful and nice to my little girl.

Leah at dreams in Basingstoke kempshott park was a lovely assistant during our visit to the store. She welcomed us warmly and offered us a hot drink. Nothing was too much for her and was apologetic for the state of the store as staff were hovering and needing to move the beds around. Ordering the bed we needed was quick which was great as I had an appointment to get to following this. Would recommend this store and member of staff to friends and family. She has only been in the job four weeks but we would not have known this at all, if it was not for our general chit chat. She was knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Thank you.

The staff were extremely helpful and the suggestions I received were appropriate for the product I was looking to buy. The staff were knowledgeable about the products available and very helpful in keeping the bed in store until I could arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Leah, the sales assistant was incredibly helpful and did her best to help me work out which mattress was right for me. She then helped me find the best valued product for my needs and throughout was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
