Friendly pleasant staff.could answer all questions when asked about product details, delivery etc.Liked the fact old bed could be recycled and free delivery.

We had very little idea about what we needed, The only thing we knew was we needed to fix the uncomfortable nights sleep we were having. The gentleman showed us everything in store that was relevant. Most importantly we were then given time, space and tea! He always stepped in at the right moment if we had any questions.

Because we went into Dreams with a specific idea in mind and had seen a guest bed previously in store. The assistant gave us more advice and ideas about alternatives

Sammy greeted us promptly after entering the store & gave us time to look around after explaining the colour system for the mattresses. After we had tested multiple and decided on the frames we liked we returned to Sammy to ask about prices & delivery dates etc. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the mattresses, bases and colour options available. We chose 2 colours from swatches and Sammy found both in full size frames, so we could see what it looked like, and then researched the cost difference between the two. It turned out that one was £160 cheaper therefore she suggested we look at headboards due to the lower price covering the cost. We then sat down to discuss prices & any other items we were interested in. Sammy made us a cup of tea & generally made us feel very at ease without pressure to buy which was extremely refreshing. She suggested we try both mattresses with memory foam pillows, due to the difference they make, & this helped our decision between the 2 mattresses. Although we couldn't afford the original pillows she suggested a cheaper alternative which were on offer, we then also bought these. We felt she was a 'real' person who just wanted to help, thanks!

The assistant Rylan was very knoledgable and very attentive, was pleasure to deal with him, the shopping experience was made quick and easy.

Leah was very helpful and friendly, answering our questions where she could and asking colleagues when needed. She explained everything to us and made the experience as easy as possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff and even though the mattress we wanted wasn't in stick, Rylan tried to find it in nearby branches and then ordered fir home delivery.
