My bed collapsed, I entered the store needing one quickly,the staff were so helpful, searching out the best delivery date and the best bed for me, I was most impressed with the care they took of me.

Sammy was receptive, helpful and recognized the parameters we were working within. Efficient processing of the order.

I found my experience at Dreams to purchase a bed very easy with no hassle whatsoever to make my choice which was helped by sales assistant Leah who was very easy to talk to and who went through every process to make my purchase simple. Highly recommended

The quality of the store assistant made the purchase. We had been sourcing an adjustable bed which had been complicated due to health. Rylan was not pushy, had picked up the initial information from a colleague and took time to talk through options and allow us to try the bed to ensure it would be right. This took a while due to my mothers health and needs, but at no time did it feel like we were being hurried or pressured to buy. This was a massive improvement on the experience received from a mobility specialist firm. Full credit to Rylan on a job well done.

It was great that our 2 girls were amused by Carl. We could then grt on and find a mattress that we liked. We loved the attention to detail. Its the only bed shop we've been to where they offer you a pillow.
