We were able to try out the bunk beds and Angelika helped with the questions that I had regarding mattresses etc.

Ryan was very helpfull without being pushy,gave good information without forcing anything on us

Angelika your sales assistance was extremely helpful and very good with are children (who hate shopping for anything) she answered all any questions we had which gave us the confidence to purchase at that time.

Carl was friendly and helpful, didn't pressure, had good knowledge.

My husband and I had been to another similar store and were not pleased AT ALL at the way they tried to rush us into a sale. On the other hand, in this store, Carl took the time to listen to our requirements and make suitable suggestions which we tried out in our own time. We were so relaxed during the whole time in the store. We had two toddlers with us but didn't feel stressed at all about them as one of the free sale assistants played around with them. We eventually bought a mattress for our bedroom, bed and mattress for our daughter's room all of which will be delivered next week. Well pleased with the shopping experience.

Very good, friendly service and nothing seemed to be of any trouble to the assistant, even though I changed my mind at one point. She even went out of her way to help choose bedding for the new mattress, as well. Everything was explained and we went over the details again and again to ensure understanding.

The staff member had finished her shift but remained to answer my questions and place my order. She was very helpful and pleasant.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. I had made a visit to the store on the previous day to browse and it was because of the helpfulness of the assistant that I returned to make the purchase on the following day.
