Dreams - Basingstoke

Angelica was very helpful and took time to explain the different beds available in our price range. We were offered tea or coffee which was nice. We are very happy with the bed we chose and looking forward to a good nights sleep!

Our advisor Carl was very helpful, we tried the booth for the tempur mattress we bought, there was no rushing, staff were very friendly and we had 2 of our children with us that the staff kept entertained on our visit.

Carl was very helpful but also left us to make our own decisions.

Very knowledgeable and friendly assistant at the Basingstoke shop - Carl, took time to find out our needs and was very helpful. Not at all pushy but suggestged all the options to us. We hadn't anticipated spending quite the amount of money we did but feel we have the right product for us.

Came from a benson beds store and got no service there. The minute I walked in to the dream store Leah helped. She was very friendly and helpful and showed me all propucts whole answering all questions I had. Felt very welcomed and appreciated to be shopping there. Will definitely go back

Friendly and helpful staff. We bought a bed in may and were very satisfied so when our daughters mattress needed replacing we knew we would come back to the Basingstoke store. We will be back after Christmas to buy a new mattress for our son as well.

Despite being busy, Carl acknowledged us and assured us he would with us as soon as he was able to be. We were free to browse within the store, and try various mattresses before settling on our choice. When Carl became free, he was knowledgeable and attentive, offering tea or coffee and giving us some helpful advice along the way. Great customer service!

The assistant Carl was very attentive, ask us the right questions and showed us products that were just right for our needs. He even offered us tea, which was very welcome, since at that moment I was suffering from a dry throat that was causing a nasty cough
